1,500 People in a Ballroom that Holds 150
It’s magic! Actually, it’s a road show.
A road show is a great way to not only reach a lot of people, but to do it on a more regional or local level, and to reach them in a more intimate setting.
And “road show” does NOT mean you need to travel around with a tractor trailer filled with gear, either (though that sometimes is the best way, depending upon your event).
I recently finished up a road show that went to 14 cities around the country. Management from local offices helped to coordinate the marketing and drive attendance to their individual event. The corporate office negotiated hotel contracts and sent an event professional to assist with on-site management.
Attendees only had to drive to a local hotel for the event; no air travel involved, and no cost for a hotel room. The only “constant travelers” were the keynote presenters, since other speakers were local, too.
If you think a road show might work for your next product launch or seminar series, give Brainium a call!
